YnHub - Download hub software

YHub is as of december 2004, one of the most popular server softwares for DC (Direct Connect). My goal when creating YHub was beside making a cool server software, actually for my part mostly about learning. The core idea was making it an easy task to setup a hub with the most common features. You might say that it was supposed to be a hub-in-a-box. This turned out to be a lot of work and frankly I was neither prepared nor experienced enough to fully complete the task.

What’s the point of YnHub?
Well, initially I don’t believe there was a plan but it has grown to be the completing of YHub. YHub kinda almost made it, and even though it’s a pretty neat software it never really crossed the finish line. YnHub however has been made to cross that finish line and also in the end, replace YHub at every level. YnHub is supposed to be more well designed, thought through and robust.
